The options available for a transaction may depend on the customer’s location, issuing bank, card eligibility, and checkout configuration. If a payment fails, check the billing details, available funds, and issuer restrictions before trying again. Your bank may request an additional verification step.

An interrupted attempt may appear temporarily as a pending authorization. If you believe you were charged more than once, contact support@kelfiora.com with your order number, transaction date, and amount. Never email a complete card number or security code.

Payments are handled through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. KELFIORA does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.
