Track Your Order

After your order is dispatched, KELFIORA sends a shipping-confirmation email with a carrier tracking link. Open that link to view the latest carrier scans and estimated delivery information.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours after dispatch to display its first scan. This does not normally mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

If you cannot find your shipping-confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder. You can also email support@kelfiora.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. For your privacy, do not send full payment-card details.

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Estimated transit time is generally 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier, customs, weather, and other conditions outside our control.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or shows a delivery exception, contact support@kelfiora.com. We will review the carrier information and help with the next step.
