KELFIORA Terms of Service — Garden Gate Agreement

This Garden Gate Agreement applies whenever you visit kelfiora.com, browse, create an account, contact support, or place an order. “KELFIORA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the store operator; “you” means the visitor or customer. By using the store you accept these terms and the policies linked from the homepage and checkout. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit remain unchanged.

Gate One — eligible and accurate use

Use the store only for lawful purposes and only if you can make a binding agreement where you live. Provide accurate contact, delivery, billing, and payment details. Keep account access private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized activity. Ordering for another person or organization means you confirm you have authority to do so.

Gate Two — read each product record

We aim to describe titles, images, colors, dimensions, materials, variants, price, availability, and included pieces accurately. Screens, lighting, styling, and photography can change perceived shade, shine, scale, or texture. Lashes, adhesives, wigs, press-on nails, nail charms, cosmetic bags, and personal-care accessories must be used according to their supplied directions. Store copy is general information and does not promise a particular result.

Gate Three — order review

Checkout submission is an offer to buy. We may verify, accept, limit, cancel, or decline an order for stock, payment review, suspected fraud, address issues, destination restrictions, quantity limits, or obvious listing errors. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not prevent reasonable review. If a captured order is cancelled, the applicable amount is returned through the original payment route.

Gate Four — price and outside charges

Checkout shows the transaction currency and available charges. Shipping, tax, duty, brokerage, conversion, bank, or carrier costs can depend on destination and provider. Shopify or another payment provider handles payment under its own terms. You authorize the displayed transaction and remain responsible for lawful charges from external providers or authorities.

Gate Five — beauty and hygiene care

Before opening or use, review the label, materials, warnings, patch-test guidance, adhesive or removal directions, heat limits, cleaning, and storage instructions. Stop use if irritation or another unwanted response occurs and seek qualified advice where appropriate. Keep reusable tools hygienic. The website does not replace packaging instructions or professional advice.

Gate Six — acceptable access

Do not probe security, disrupt service, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout, submit false information, infringe rights, copy protected materials unlawfully, or use the store for fraud or illegal activity. Original KELFIORA copy, graphics, layout, and design belong to us or the relevant rights holder; third-party tools, marks, apps, carriers, and links remain subject to their providers’ terms.

Gate Seven — availability and lawful limits

To the extent allowed by law, the store is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, exact screen-to-product color matching, or suitability for every person. KELFIORA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such limits are lawful. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Gate Eight — updates and interpretation

We may revise this Agreement by posting a new version and date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a permanent waiver. Headings organize the Agreement and do not narrow mandatory consumer rights.
